This year, the Active Living Program will be led by Skeleton Olympic Gold Medalist Amy Williams MBE. Our guests will have the opportunity to join Amy here at Four Seasons Fairways during the week of November 19-26, 2022 (from €811 per person). During the week, Amy will lead stretching and mobility classes in our gardens, and HIIT, Full Body Burn, Core & Abs sessions and you will even have the opportunity to join her for a bike ride along the Ria Formosa. Activities can be adapted to all ages, levels and physical abilities.
The ‘Active Living’ package incorporates accommodation, daily breakfast, fresh oranges delivered to your apartment and complimentary extras such as bike hire, tennis court bookings, classes with the PT and even a jog with the GM!
Based on 2 guests sharing an apartment with jacuzzi, the package is available from October – April. For additional guests a supplement of 181€ per person per week sharing same apartment will apply.

During the week, Amy will lead stretch and mobility classes in the grounds of the resort, HIIT, Full Body Burn, Core & Abs sessions and you’ll have the opportunity to join her for a bike tour along the Ria Formosa and more. Activities can be tailored to suit all ages, levels and fitness abilities.

The above programme is based on two guests sharing an apartment. Rates are quoted in Euros per week, per apartment. Confirmation is subject to availability. For other type of units and additional guests or special dates (New Year’s eve week) a suplement applies.
Special rate for Active Week with Amy Williams in November is presented in GBP and per person for guidance only.
