Whether you’re a gym bunny, fitness fanatic or reluctant exerciser, Four Seasons Fairways is the perfect place to escape for a week of warmth, sun, sumptuous Mediterranean food and Active Living. 

Fronted by Olympic Champion, Amy Williams, we put together a package where you can enjoy the stunning Ria Formosa nature reserve, a scenic swirl of seawater lagoons, sandy islands, salt marshlands and diverse bird life, making it the perfect setting for walking, running and cycling. Activities can be tailored to suit all ages, levels and fitness abilities.

Explore the Ria formosa with Amy williams

Join Amy Williams for an exclusive Active Living Week 21st to 28th November 2021 from £725pp. Guests will receive all the benefits off the Active Living Package plus x3 morning stretch/fitness classes, Kayak safari, bike ride along the Ria Formosa and a meet & greet with Amy.

November 21st

  • Arrivals
     

November 22nd

  • 18:00 – Meet & Greet with Amy over welcome drinks
     

November 23rd

  • 10:00 – Amy’s Session #1 - Active Stretch & Mobility Class
    This will be a gentle mobility session and stretch, working your whole body,steadily flowing through a routine from head to toe. You will feel relaxed and energised at the end. 
  • 15:30 – Amy’s Kayak Safari at Ria Formosa
     

November 24th

  • 10:00 – Amy’s Session #2 - HIIT Class
    Wake up, get the body fired up and working. This class will get your endorphins flowing. A whole body workout to get the heart rate high and the body working. All levels still welcome, there will be different levels per exercise.
     

November 25th

  • 10:00 – Amy’s Bike Tour
  • 15:30 – Amy’s Session #3 - Full Body Burn Class
    A low impact workout that will get your muscles working hard in a short amount of time! Working back to back exercise targeting your legs, glutes, upper body and abs. 
     

November 26th

  • 10:00 – 5Km Run with GM & Amy
  • 15:30 – Amy’s Session #4 - Core & Abs
    Let’s get your core switched on, and the abs working. Low level core stability exercise to help with posture, balance and stability, then working up to some harder exercise for those that want an extra little ab burn!
