Bookings are made for a villa or apartment type and we cannot guarantee a specific villa or apartment.
To ensure a smooth changeover on arrival and departure days we must allow a reasonable period of time for the housekeepers to service the villas and apartments.
Therefore check in time is 16h00 on the day of arrival and check out time is 10h00 on the day of departure. Four Seasons Fairways will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals or late departures. Under no circumstances can early check in or late departure be guaranteed.
These items should be requested at the time of booking and are charged on a weekly basis to the guests account payable prior to their departure from Four Seasons Fairways. All items are offered subject to availability.
Mid week maid service and linen change is included for one week holiday in the rental price. Two week holiday have three included. Daily maid service can be arranged at an extra cost.
All guests must be named on the booking form and must not exceed the maximum permitted number of occupants: – Maximum of 8 guests in three bed roomed accommodations or two bed roomed plus study accommodation and a maximum of 6 guests in two bed roomed accommodations. Four Seasons Fairways must be notified of any additional guests visiting during your stay and reserve the right to levy reasonable charges to cover the cost of any additional housekeeping that may be necessary.
Animals and pets are not allowed within the resort of Four Seasons Fairways.
Smoking is not permitted in the interior of the Clubhouse or the villas and apartments.
On arrival, all rental guests are required to give an imprint of their credit card or a cash deposit of €200,00 against any breakages or damage caused during their stay. This will be cancelled or refunded at the end of the stay once the villa or apartment has been checked.
All extras accounts including telephone must be settled prior to departure.
It is necessary to carry out general resort maintenance work throughout the year. However, Four Seasons Fairways try to ensure that such work is carried out with the minimum of inconvenience to visitors.
In the event of necessary maintenance work needing to be carried out to accommodation during a stay Four Seasons Fairways reserves the right to move clients to an alternative villa or apartment of the same or similar type. Four Seasons Fairways will offer every assistance in the move to ensure the least possible inconvenience is caused to the client. Four Seasons Fairways cannot be held responsible for any building works or noise from outside the resort.
Four Seasons Fairways cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance caused to clients due to conditions beyond their control. This includes natural or nuclear disaster, fire and adverse weather conditions.
50% of the total cost of the booking is due as a deposit within 14 days of the booking. The balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival. Please note that Four Seasons Fairways reserves the right of non-admittance should the total cost of booking not be remitted prior to arrival at the resort. If this is not received the booking will automatically be cancelled.
Full payment is due immediately for any bookings made less than eight weeks prior to the date of arrival.
Any cancellations must be received by Four Seasons Fairways in writing. In the event of a cancellation after a booking has been confirmed the following cancellation charges are payable.

Four Seasons Fairways reserve the right to cancel the booking 24 hours after the due arrival date unless the client informs Four Seasons Fairways of a new arrival date within the original booking dates.
