With all 55 of our Hillside Apartments having been updated with the new interior design, the focus of last winter’s refurbishment work turned to our Cluster Villas. 27 of these units were totally renovated and ready to occupy this Spring. I’m sure you’ll agree this is a huge achievement from all of the team involved. Each of the different twostorey villa layouts has been individually adapted and designed to incorporate the new features and furniture to best effect.
The extensive villa refurbishments cleverly blend authentic Portuguese style with a modern and vibrant interior décor and furnishings, new stateof- the-art kitchens and lighting design that is both functional and atmosphere enhancing. Fresh blues and greens bring the beauty of the outdoors into the living space. Designer furniture, moleanos limestone bathrooms, bespoke artwork and custom interior fittings personalise each villa in individual, comfortable and stylish fashion. In addition, many of the exterior pool areas have been refreshed and updated.
